4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

4.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members may belong to one of three VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.2%. For example: if a Silver-level member has a weekly net loss of ৳20,000, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Progression to a higher level depends on regular activity and is subject to review.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1971 l:

• Operating or registering more than one account by the same person.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Placing artificial bets or creating opposing bet arrangements to gain bonus advantages.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain an advantage on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to other members' accounts or attempting to steal their information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for personal gain.

If any of the above activities are proven, tk1971 l reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account and forfeit its balance.

6 Responsible Gaming Obligations
